Scope of this policy
Quarryfield Capital Group ("Quarryfield", "we", "us") is a small-business funding broker listed at 118 SE 2nd Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97123. This policy covers information collected through this website, through the request form embedded on it, and in calls, emails and texts about a funding request. It does not cover the websites or practices of lending partners, who handle information under their own policies.
Information we gather
From the request form: full name, email address, phone number and business name, the ranges you choose for time in business, annual revenue and requested amount, and your consent choice. The form does not ask for a Social Security number, bank details or documents.
From conversations: what you tell us about the business and the funding need, such as its purpose, timing, how long the business has operated and funding already in place. If a partner review goes ahead, the partner may ask you for statements, tax returns or other documents; you may send those to the partner directly or through us.
Automatically: standard technical data when you visit, such as browser type, device, pages viewed, referring page and approximate location derived from your IP address. This comes from server logs, cookies and similar tools.
The form provider
The request form is hosted by an outside software provider and appears on this site in an embedded frame. What you type into the form is received and stored by that provider on our behalf, and the provider's own privacy terms also apply to it.
Why we use information

When information is shared
Lending partners. When you want a partner to review a request, we share the details that partner needs. The partner then uses them under its own policies, and may contact you directly.
Service providers. Companies that host the website, run the form, send messages or provide analytics process information for us under contract.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information where the law requires it, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights and safety.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; parts of the site, including the embedded form, may not work as expected if you do. The map on the contact page loads from Google only after you choose to show it.
Text messages
If you consent to texts, your mobile number is used to send messages about your request. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. The SMS terms in the footer explain how to stop messages.
Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed to handle your request, maintain records of communications and consents, and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or transmission is completely secure.

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or withdraw consent to calls or texts.
