Quarryfield Capital Group, a small-business funding broker in Hillsboro, Oregon, starts every request with a short form (contact details, business name, ranges for time in business, revenue and amount) plus a consent tick, and then rings the owner back. We then call to talk through what the money is for and when it is due. Lending partners make credit decisions and set rates and terms.
What the form asks
- Your full name
- An inbox you actually read
- Phone number
- Business name
- Time in business, annual revenue and requested amount, each chosen from a range list
A consent checkbox finishes it. The company name is optional; the three ranges are not. The form does not ask for a Social Security number or bank statements, and what the money is for comes up when we call.
After you send it
We call or email using the details you gave, ask what the money is for and when it is due, and explain which options may fit. If a partner review makes sense, we tell you which documents that partner usually wants. How a request works describes the four steps, and the disclosures explain our role.
Consent and your information
The consent box covers how we may contact you about your request. Details on how information is handled are in the privacy policy linked in the footer.
